Nacho and his company, Seattle Pacific Construction Inc. did an outstanding job removing and residing the south side of our house. The original cedar siding was replaced on our 2-story house by "factory joined" short cedar boards, perfectly straight, in long lengths without joints, and primed for painting on both sides. (This was recommended by Jon Syltebo Painting, who painted our house previously and recommended Nacho for the siding replacement.) Where the siding met our attached deck, Nacho fashioned a metal flashing plate the length of the deck, without joints, which facilitates rain water draining away as well as making it much easier to clean and maintain. It also looks great. All windows and door openings were expertly fitted with new flashing. All outdoor attached lights, electrical boxes, and natural gas connections were attached to Seattle Pacific fabricated backing plates that also look great. To prepare for the above 4-5 day project, all planters etc. were moved to the attached deck railing, and fixtures removed. A full deck length tarp was laid on the deck daily to catch all old siding debris, which was hauled away at the end of each work day, the deck swept clean, and the tarp rolled up next to the plants, so we could water plants and sit on the deck if we wanted. Best of all, Nacho and his crew were all very courteous, friendly, and a pleasure to have doing this work. There is absolutely no question that we will contact Nacho if we need any more future repair work of this type.Read More
